Hailey has held position in sales management, leadership, bank management, financial supervision, and business development management. Her career has included training sales teams in customer services, operating multi-million dollar financial institutions budgets, staff management, and business development management. She recently has worked with large and small companies to implement and support education into their benefits packages. She focuses on brand development, membership traffic, growth, brand strategy, relationship statistics, strategy, business plan & sales strategy development, new businesses, formation of corporations and partnerships, and quality. She provides educational tools and resources to support company wellness.
Hailey is currently providing companies with resources to support staffing, relocation, and new hire education. Available by contract, group workshop and sessions, teleconference, or individual support.
